J'ai été client pour un contrat de 12 semaines. Ils sont très professionnels et gentils. C'est un service personnalisé qui part de ta situation actuelle pour atteindre le prochain niveau/tes objectifs. Tu as le choix du nombre d'entraînements que tu effectues avec Elite Coaching et tu t'entraînes dans un autre gym pour atteindre le nombre de séance visé par semaine. C'est très flexible. À chaque mois, l'entraîneur te prépares un nouveau programme d'entraînement personnalisé. Lors des séances de nutrition, tu y apprends comment bien t'alimenter, les habitudes de sommeils à corriger, et tu peux y voir les différentes statistiques sur ta progression (poids, pourcentage de gras, masse maigre, etc.). C'est intéressant car tu peux voir une amélioration tangible d'une séance à l'autre. Lors des entraînements, tu apprends comment bien te positionner pour que les muscles travaillent correctement et éviter les blessures. En 12 semaines, j'ai perdus du gras, pris du muscle, appris les bases de l'entraînement (je partais de zéro) et de l'alimentation; je mange maintenant 4 repas santés par jour, et j'ai beaucoup plus d'énergie qu'avant, aller au gym fait maintenant partie de ma routine. Le service offert est vraiment de qualité. Un grand merci à l'entraîneur Simon!

I'm not a client here. I was a student for a course taught here. The gym is beautiful and nicely organized. They even have a transformer bar so I was like a kid in a candy store. Any gym that has those know you be in good hands. Francois's teaching and coaching style is simple.He makes complicated information simple. Will come to train here when I'm back in Montreal.

I started getting pain in my shoulders and arms (I’m a hairstylist). My job is very physical and I work long hours. I needed to get stronger in order to eliminate the pains I was getting. This was my first reason for joining Elite Coaching. Second, I just turned 42, and there’s no way I was going to let older age get to me, plus I really want buns of steel! ☺️ Little did I know that I’d get so many other benefits by joining! I was really impressed by the whole Elite process from the very beginning. The initial questionnaire really targeted my whole lifestyle. Like my sleeping habits, eating habits, goals, just to name a few. I knew as I was answering the questions, that this program was going to be fully custom made, just for me. And I really felt that the Elite team were going to support me in what my goals were to be. I love that they started me off slowly, and every session I built up my strength. I feel stronger and stronger after every session. I actually started seeing results in only two weeks. I had more energy, I was less bloated and I definitely felt stronger! I was hooked!! My clothes were already fitting better and most importantly I was already feeling more grounded, and I was so proud of myself for taking control of my health! The Elite team are great motivators, everyone is always so nice, the whole team is there to encourage me! A special shout out to Simon who trains me… your professionalism and knowledge are A+, and I couldn’t have gotten this far without you! You rock ????????!!! And you always have my best interest at heart! I love that every two weeks Elite checks up on my eating and sleeping habits, and I really appreciate that they give me tricks to make it a little easier for me to incorporate better healthy habits on a daily basis. Im not one to write reviews usually. But I felt it was important for me to write one because I’ve been feeling so good since I started, and I wish these good feelings on anyone who’s on the fence about joining! I know for me the initial thought to join was a little scary, but Elite Coaching takes such good care of me. François, the owner, and his team really have my back. And I wish that for you too! You can do it!!!!!!
